Let us do the work.

Serving the Legal and Accounting Community

Home

Let me do the work for you.

Everything by e-mail. Very fast. Very smooth.

We stay silent and out of the picture. Your client doesn't even know we exist. Yet, I'm here for you at every step, answering any questions you have as you go through the process.

Utilize my 28 years of experience and make it easy on yourself.

David G. Marmon

You can be confident that a Harvard lawyer will prepare all your documents.

Lawyers can't be expected to have had 700 501c3 clients. (I have.)

CPA's can't be expected to produce legal documents. (I do this all day long.)

HOW DOES IT WORK?

You're a lawyer, CPA or accountant with a client who needs a 501c3, and you'd rather not do all the documents yourself (as well as follow through until tax-exempt status is obtained from the IRS). But still, you'd like to keep the client and maintain control of the situation. You'd also like to benefit from someone who is experienced in this area, since you're not.

YOU sign up as our client. We send YOU our questionnaires, developed with our 28 years of experience. YOU (or your assistant) fill them out with your client, charging your client for this work however you like. You e-mail the questionnaires back to us. We prepare and e-mail YOU all the documents (in PDF format) within five business days (guaranteed, or we pay you $200). All documents means all corporate, incorporation, and 501c3 documentation (click here for an explanation of the documents). We give you precise instructions for your assistant to gather signatures, assemble documents, and mail them off to your Secretary of State and the IRS (in California, also the Franchise Tax Board). Group exemptions, too. No problem if you want to do all the corporate and incorporation documents yourself.
