Premiere 501c3 Service since 1981
Harvard Lawyer—30 years experience with the IRS

You can be confident that a Harvard lawyer will prepare all your documents.

Lawyers can't be expected to have helped 1,000 clients successfully through the 501c3 process as I have.

CPA's can't be expected to produce legal documents. (This is a lawyer's job.)

HOW DOES IT WORK?

  • You're a lawyer, CPA, accountant or other professional with a client who needs a 501c3. You don't feel confident to do the work yourself, structuring the application for success with the IRS, and following through when the IRS has additional questions before tax-exempt status is obtained. Still, you'd like to keep your client and maintain control of the situation. You'd also like to benefit from someone who is experienced in this area, since you're not.

  • YOU sign up as our client. We send YOU our questionnaires, developed with our 30 years of experience. YOU (or your assistant) fill them out with your client, charging your client for this work however you like. You e-mail the questionnaires back to us. We prepare and e-mail YOU all the documents (in PDF format) within five business days (guaranteed, or we pay you $200). All the documents means all corporate, incorporation, and 501c3 documentation (click here for an explanation of the documents).

  • We give you precise instructions for you or your assistant to gather signatures, assemble documents, and mail them off to your Secretary of State and the IRS (in California, also the Franchise Tax Board). Group exemptions, too. No problem if you want to do all the corporate and incorporation documents yourself.

  • Our main web site is www.tax-exempt-status.com. You can go there and find everything about our service. That's also where you sign up for our service. Just click the Sign Up button. Give me a call to discuss your case. If you don't wish to handle this matter for your client and wish to refer the client to us, you may just refer your client to our main web site.

  • (The work I do for you will not be done as a lawyer,
and I do not provide legal or tax advice.
I do give you the benefit of my 30 years of experience of
nonprofit incorporation and IRS applications for 501c3 status.)
